Firefly

01: I heard about the fandom, knew that it was by Whedon and some kind of space/cowboy thing. But that didn't make me want to watch it. I started when I didn't have anything else to watch but felt like watching something. That was after the movie came out.

02: Mmm, I just read some Simon/Jayne fic and Simon/River (after reading incest meta today). But I'm not very involved in the fandom. There isn't too much fic that caters to my taste.

03: My favourite episode is "Out of Gas". I liked the movie.

04: I read fic and comment.

05: Sure.

Heroes

01: I saw the commercial on German tv and remembered reading about the show. That it was supposed to be good. I watched two thirds of the first season and then stopped (I even checked if Heroes is listed as one of my interests). Oh, what made me get into the fandom was the promise of Petrelli incest. Shallow, I know. But I honestly liked the episodes but couldn't find high quality one and thought that there was to much mystery and too much going on.

02: I've never been in the fandom and don't think I will ever really get into it.

03: Don't remember.

04: No.

05: Erm..


Supernatural

01: It was all over livejournal at one point. I heard about the two brothers and wasn't too excited about the supernatural angle. I think it's also one of the few fandoms I followed from the get go, waiting for new episode to come out every week.

02: It depends. My involvement in the fandom varies. I didn't watch the majority of season 3, I sometimes don't read fic. Right now I'm into Dean/Castiel. I can see myself drifting off eventually.

03: Season 2, episode 12 "Nightshifter" and I base that purely on the awesome song "Renegade" by Styx that played at the end of the episode. And fit so fucking well.

04: I read fic and I wrote in a German fic exchange. :D I also read lots of meta and write it.

05: No. I think the fandom has a lot of participants. I'm not being elitist here, I just think that the fandom is healthy and in no danger of dying. If I could make a wish, I would wish that more people get into *checks her misc folder* "Eastern Promises", "Blackadder", "Horatio Hornblower", "Life", "Generation Kill" (good writer, not the porn fraction), "Scrubs, "The Da Vinci Code"...
