Trouble with flash game and memory use - help?

I found an awesome flash game called ScaryGirl. The heroine has to go on a quest because she has weird dreams. It reminds me of Zelda - collecting things, opening doors, bit of fighting, talking with strange creatures. The graphics are really pretty: ScaryGirl reminds me of the beetlejuice design. The music is nice, too.

There is one problem. After finishin level 2, the game gives me an error message: "Error! You have run out of Memory. This game requires 512 MB memory." Then my browser crashes. :(

I tried playing in Opera and the same thing happened. So this is about my RAM capability, right? About FF not being given enough access to it? I found a site that helps you decrease the high memory use of FF. Can I use that to increase the amount to 512 MB (aka 524.288 KB)

I'm on XP, Firefox/3.0.10

IS someone on my flist familiar with the problem and can help me? I'd really appreciate that.

I don't know anything about it, but just want to make sure: Your computer has 512 MB RAM or more, yes?

I'm not sure. I guess so.

I increased the cache capability of FF. The error message still comes up but I'm now able to play (there is some slowness but that's minor).
